Skill Workbench

Learning you can check.

Skill Workbench helps you practice a small job skill by completing a real task with clear feedback.

How the courses work

Read a short lesson, watch a demonstration, work with the original data, then submit an answer. You get a score, a reason for each check and a reference answer. Everything is free and no account is required.

Original materials

Lessons, synthetic company datasets, rubrics and videos are AI-assisted original work, checked with executable rules. Public learning objectives inform selected mappings. We do not copy paid course videos or exercises. There is no affiliation with the linked providers.

What a score means

SQL and spreadsheet outputs are checked against typed expected results. Duplicate counts matter. AI review exercises check fixed evidence fields and types; arbitrary writing quality is outside that score. Practice completion is not a professional certification.

Your privacy and files

Your answers, imported files and saved progress stay in this browser unless you choose to download or share them. Anonymous page visits, clicks and effective active time may be summarized to improve these courses. Active time excludes background tabs and long idle periods. Reporting uses fixed content IDs; it does not send your answers, search terms or file contents. There are no ads.

Use the statistics control in the footer to disable reporting for this browser. Your practice and downloads continue to work. This preference is saved separately from your progress. Exporting or clearing local activity on the progress page does not delete statistics already summarized by the reporting service.

Offline and accessibility

Save a course from Downloads to cache its pages, files and video. Captions and transcripts accompany videos. Editors support keyboard use and include visible focus styles. Use course downloads with your preferred tools when browser features are unavailable.

Version and contact

Release 1.1.0, updated October 9, 2026. Exercise content remains version 1.0.0; previous scores are preserved. Keep a copy of your progress before changing browsers or updating content.
