← Support SLA & Evidence Handoff
Lesson 4 of 4
Prioritize the handoff
Turn timestamp and evidence checks into explicit next actions.
Do the work
- Use deterministic priority when a ticket has more than one problem.
- Repair invalid timestamps first, escalate breaches next, then attach missing evidence.
- After those checks, assign missing owners, watch awaiting deadlines or mark the record ready.
See the method
A breached ticket with no owner still says escalate.
Read every demonstration step
- A breached ticket with no owner still says escalate.
- A timely claimed reply without a public receipt says attach reply evidence.
- The company summary must reconcile to the same ticket cohort.
Practice independently
Exercise 1
Assign one follow-up action per ticket

Open practice →Take it further
A handoff action is a review queue recommendation; it does not send replies or change a ticketing system.
